Traditional festival of national cultural and historical relics (Thuong Ly ward, Hong Bang, Hai Phong) combined with Ke Son Silver Festival Time: 20/8 lunar calendar The Lower Communal House takes place on August 20 of the lunar calendar every year (the death anniversary of Holy Tran) in Thuong Ly Ward, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City. Today, the communal house is renamed to Ha Temple. Ha Temple was built around the 10th and 20s of the twentieth century. After that, Ha Temple was seriously degraded and almost completely destroyed. In 1921, a Vietnamese woman married foreigner (the people used to call her Dong Mo) contributing 100 Indochina currencies and 130 bags of cement; The people here contribute to restoring the temple to bring the tutelary to the worship.  Ha Temple worships the two tutelary cities, Nguyen General Cong and Trinh Cong were ordained by the three Nguyen dynasties (Thanh Thai, Duy Tan, Khai Dinh). Mau Temple is a place to worship princess Lieu Hanh. Ha Temple is also a place to mark revolutionary history. During the two resistance wars to save the country, Ha Temple was a place to hide Vietnamese revolutionary officers and soldiers. In July 1930, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam came to the country to come to Ha Temple to meet soldiers and direct the revolutionary movement in Hai Phong. On February 13, 1996, Ha Temple was recognized by the Ministry of Culture and Information as a national historical monument. The Ha Temple Festival includes sacrifices and incense. From 1996 until now, the Management Board of the Temple Monuments has maintained 6 main festivals every year at the temple on January 10, February 10 (lunar calendar), 3-3 (lunar calendar), April 19 (lunar calendar), August 20 and 14 (lunar calendar).
