Quan Dai Temple Festival, La Khe temple relics cluster (Quang Yen Town, Quan Ninh Province) La Khe temple cultural and historical relics cluster consists of 2 temples and 1 pagoda, with 3 holidays that are Buddha's birthday on April 8 (lunar calendar); On the death anniversary of March 3 (lunar calendar) and June 26 death anniversary (lunar calendar) is the death anniversary of the two great gods worshiped in the temple. In addition, on the full moon day and the first month, Buddhists come to the temple to celebrate the Soc, hoping to recite the Buddha's name. Quan Dai Temple (La Khe village, Tien An commune) worships the two ministers of the Nguyen Dynasty, Truong Quoc Dung and Van Duc Giai. Two generals, two major cultural houses in the second half of the nineteenth century commanded the army and the people of Quang Yen to chase the robbery and henchmen of the French colonialists to protect the border and islands of the Northeast of the country. Currently, the monument also preserves many artifacts of historical, cultural and artistic values ​​of the two celebrities, such as: Beer, ordination, worshiping photos, worshiping items ... Every year, on June 26 of the lunar calendar every year, the CPC and the people in the region organize the Quan Dai temple festival (also known as the "anniversary of the death anniversary") to commemorate and celebrate the loss of the two gods. In addition to the sacrifice ceremony, people also organize many folk games such as flags, cockfighting, tugging, football ... Quan Dai Temple Festival is not only a big festival of La Khe village, Tien An commune but also a cultural festival of Quang Yen people. With such historical and cultural values, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has made Decision No. 2100 on the ranking of Quan Dai temple relics as a national historical monument. This is really an honor and also the responsibility to protect, preserve, embellish and promote the value of the monument in traditional education for young generations about the patriotic tradition of the nation.
