Today, on the mouth of this volcano, there is still water and fish that live a lot and the people in the region retain the name of this mountain is Nham Kar (meaning fish mountain). The legend of the volcano is also the legend of the elephant that the M’nong people often tell in the epic to remind and educate their children and grandchildren not to arbitrarily abuse natural resources.
