Vong Communal House, built around the 15th-16th centuries in Ke Moc land, on the To Lich river, used to be the administrative and cultural center of the village during feudal times. This place is not only a meeting place, resolving administrative and judicial issues, allocating taxes and dividing public fields among the clans and clans, but also a place to process lawsuits, make village conventions and rules, and organize annual festivals. During the resistance period, Dinh Vong also became a base for revolutionary activities and is now the place to send off children of Ha Dinh village who join the army every year. Vong Communal House also preserves many precious relics from the Le Trung Hung and Nguyen dynasties, including 8 ordinations from 1847 to 1924, a palanquin, a system of stone steles, bronze urns, bronze bells cast in 1882, stone statues, incense bowls, porcelain jars, water hyacinths... Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Khuong Dinh ward, Hanoi said: "The atmosphere of the old days is recreated in the games: duck throwing, sack jumping, tug of war and stalls.
