Le Thanh Phuong Temple

He was born in 1825 in My Phu village, Xuan Vinh canton (now My Phu village - An Hiep commune - Tuy An district - Phu Yen province) in a family of Confucian scholars and rich in patriotism. Luong Van Chanh Temple

Famous man Luong Van Chanh was from Bac Ha. During the reign of King Le The Tong, he was promoted to the position of Thien Vu Ve Do commander.
