Am Tien Cave

Am Tien pagoda and cave are located in the Ngu Phong Son mountain range, southeast of the Hoa Lu ancient capital relic site, in Truong Yen commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province. The Tam Diep defensive line relic area is called after the Tam Diep defensive line of the Tay Son insurgent army, built at the end of the Mau Than year (1788) to prepare forces for the speedy campaign, defeating 290,000 invaders.
