But after the bell was cast, it didn't ring, so it had to be left in the field. For a long time forgotten, the bell became a turtle's nest, so the bell was called Quy Dien. In 1922, the Far East Uncle Ho School repaired the pagoda and kept it according to the old architecture. On the night of September 11, 1954, French colonial henchmen, before handing over the Capital to our Government and people, deliberately set mines to destroy the pagoda.
