Dong Ha Communal House is located on a high, airy land right in the center of the village, in front is the communal pond - a place where luck gathers. Based on the inscription of the 4th year of Canh Tri, the monument was conferred from the Later Le Dynasty (1783), built by the people of Duc Chiem commune, and restored for the first time in the year of Canh Ngo under the Nguyen Dynasty and the second time in 1991.
