Saigontourist Group Festival offers 500 specialties from three regions The festival recreates culture on the wharf under the boat with "10 flavor journeys" with more than 500 dishes from South to North, taking place on March 26-29. Saigontourist Group 2026 Culinary and Delicious Culture Festival has the theme "Connecting the quintessence of Vietnamese culinary culture". The event was organized by Saigontourist Group at Van Thanh Tourist Area (HCMC), near the metro station for convenient transportation, open from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day. Tickets are on sale early with a 10% discount or buy 10 get 1 free from now until March 23. The program brings together 50 4-5 star hotels, resorts, and restaurants belonging to the Saigontourist Group system nationwide, localities linking tourism development with Ho Chi Minh City, tourism and travel partners. In particular, this is the first time the festival has the participation of Consulates General in Ho Chi Minh City, contributing to diverse experiences. The event space is designed into many thematic clusters, recreating the flow of regional culture, including Northern Market Village, Hoi An Ancient Town, Western Floating Market, ancient Ho Chi Minh City and contemporary Ho Chi Minh City. Thereby, diners can experience "10 flavor journeys" with more than 500 dishes from South to North, domestic and foreign. In particular, the Northern cuisine area introduces traditional dishes such as bun cha, pho and East - Northwest highland specialties. The Central region offers specialties of Hue, Hoi An and coastal cuisine. The Southern region stands out with banh xeo, floating market dishes and Southern reclaimed cuisine. Besides, there is a line of modern cuisine following the "green" trend, healthy drinks and contemporary fusion dishes. In addition to food, the festival also organizes many cultural and artistic activities such as water puppetry, Cham dance, Bai Choi singing, Hue folk songs, repartee singing, amateur music, Central Highlands gong performances, Xoe dancing and contemporary youth music. The craft village experience area helps visitors see artisans making folk cakes, weaving hats, making pottery, Dong Ho paintings or Thanh Tien paper flowers. The organizers also arranged many check-in miniatures with regional identities, spaces to experience traditional costumes such as ao dai, ba ba shirt and highland ethnic costumes. Saigontourist Group Culinary and Delicious Culture Festival is a large-scale event in Vietnam, receiving the title "The most unique culinary festival in the world" for three consecutive years (2023-2025) and "The most unique culinary festival in Asia" for four consecutive years (2022-2025) from the World Culinary Awards. This year's program opens for early ticket sales at preferential prices, valid from March 3 to March 23 with two options: buy 10 tickets, get one free or 10% off the total bill. Package ticket price is 200,000 VND for an adult, including coupons to use services at the festival. Children under 1.2 m tall are free when accompanied by an adult.
