Since 1991, Avalokiteshvara Festival has been held in scale, taking place in three days 17,18 and 19 February (lunar calendar) every year. The festival is organized by the provincial religious religions, the city and Quan The Am Pagoda, this is an opportunity for friends in particular, the people and tourists in general to pray for the people of the people, sentient beings peaceful, arousing compassion, charity, good direction in every human being, the harmony between the Dharma and the nation, the love of the homeland. In 2000, the Quan Am Hanh Son Festival festival was recognized and ranked in the list of 15 major national festivals. On February 3, 2021, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Ngoc Thien signed Decision No. 601/QD-BVHTTDL on announcing the list of national intangible cultural heritage. Accordingly, recognizing the traditional festival of Avalokiteshvara Festival of Ngu Hanh Son (Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City) is a national intangible cultural heritage.
